PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS INFORMATION BEFORE INQUIRING FOR RETURNS:

Return Policy:

The Crooked Cactus LLC will accept returns for STORE CREDIT on items that are shipped back to us within 7 business days of you receiving the item. 

The item MUST be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and including any tags it came with. Shoes must be returned in the original box they were received in. (If shoes are returned without the shoe box, a $10 fee will be taken off the return). We currently do not do exchanges due to availability of our items. All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY and will be sent via email or SMS. The store credit will be for the cost of the item(s) only. This means that the shipping costs will not be refunded.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not allow any returns on items that are on sale. 

We do not allow cancellations on orders. As a small business, I am working on shipping your items as soon as I get it in to keep a speedy shipping time. We also pay fees on each order that we get. Thank you for understanding!

How do I return an item?

Please EMAIL US at thecrookedcactusbtq@gmail.com to start the return process. We will ensure your item is eligible for return, then include all instructions for returning your item. Please do not send us an item for return without emailing us first. 

**Customers are required to cover shipping costs for returns. We highly recommend to get insurance and tracking when shipping items back to us to insure that they will not become lost. 

The Crooked Cactus not liable for items that are lost in the mail when shipping back to us. Please purchase insurance on your package.
